Bob is a graduate from the University of Iowa and a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Washington. He has been with the company since 1974. Bob is responsible for oversight of the engineering department and business management of Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje.
Water, sewer, and drainage design and analysis have been the focus for Bobs professional career. In the past several years, he has worked extensively in commercial, industrial, and public site plans.
Bob is the past treasurer of the Consulting Engineers Council of Washington, past president of the north branch of the Seattle section of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a past board member of the Conway School District, and past president of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a member of the local flood fight committee and Skagit Land Trust.
