Tavis came to work for Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje in May of 2000, with academic experience in hydraulic, hazardous waste, and on-site wastewater disposal engineering.

Since joining us, Tavis has been on the design teams for numerous road, stormwater and site plan projects. These projects include a study of Lake Campbell's flood level in order to recommend projects to lower the 100-year flood elevation, updating the City of Burlington's comprehensive drainage plan, design of the Rio Vista and Gardner Road storm main improvements, Compass Health Center and numerous short plat drainage reports.

Tavis has acquired experience as a construction manager and inspector on several projects at Skagit Valley, storm water projects for the State and site plans such as the Compass Health Building located in downtown Mount Vernon.
