David joined Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje in 1989, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is project manager.

David has designed road and utilities for private and public agencies, detailed drainage analysis and reports for private and commercial developments, private water system designs, analysis and comprehensive plan preparation, and private and commercial site designs.

He has extensive experience in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates and contract documents for public bid projects funded by Federal grants, HUD grants and state TIB sources. He provides extensive contract administration and project management through construction, supervising project inspectors, and working closely with the various contracting agencies, owners, and contractors.
