David joined Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje in February 2010 as our surveyor-in-charge. He has been a licensed land surveyor in the State of Washington since 1987. Dave has been employed as a surveyor since 1980. He has extensive experience in boundary surveys, land subdivision, lot certifications, legal descriptions, and construction survey services. He has been the project manager for large construction projects, surveys at local refineries, large plats, photogrammetric control surveys, GPS, and aquatic land surveys. Dave is a member of LSAW.
