Jeff joined Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje in 1974 after graduating from college. He has worked in every capacity in our surveying department. Jeff became a partner in 1990 and is currently Vice President of the corporation and manager of the surveying department.

Jeff’s experience includes extensive work in right-of-way surveys for utility companies, hydrographic surveying and control layout for aerial mapping. He has performed surveying for the placement of underwater cable crossings for power companies in the Skagit River.

On our numerous commercial projects, Jeff has overseen the survey department in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, preparation of utility easements, and preparation of binding site plans, and ALTA surveys.

Jeff is involved in several professional organizations: Current member and past president of the Northwest chapter of the Land Surveyor’s Association of Washington, member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and the ACSM Washington Section, and past Board Member of the Economic Development Association of Skagit County (EDASC). Jeff has been a guest lecturer on several occasions at Bellingham Technical College.
