Tim Tope to Lead New ISOA Infrastructure Committee as Chairman
December 15, 2022Louis Berger Services (LBS) recently announced that Senior Vice President of Defense & Logistics Tim Tope will serve as Chairman of the International Stability Operations Association’s (ISOA) new Infrastructure Committee.
The new group will act as a forum focused on supporting global stability through critical infrastructure, including life-essential basics, water and wastewater, power utilities, medical facilities, and transportation networks. In his new role, Tope will oversee the committee and facilitate conversations among members about regions impacted by conflict, natural disasters, humanitarian crisis, and economic distress.
Tope was introduced as Chairman of the new committee at the ISOA Annual Summit in November 2022, where LBS participated and exhibited as a platinum sponsor. During the conference, Tope moderated the panel, “Infrastructure: Its Role in Global Stability and Security” and LBS President & CEO served as a panelist at the Summit’s CEO/President’s Roundtable.
“It’s an honor to lead the recently-established Infrastructure Committee,” said Tope. “I believe there are endless opportunities for ISOA members to help enhance global stability, which is something that aligns with LBS’ mission. Our goal is to proactively approach the challenges facing a wide range of unstable regions across the world.”
Tope has more than 26 years of experience managing and implementing major infrastructure, environmental, and operations management programs for U.S. defense agencies. He joined Louis Berger Services in 2011 and has held several leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer.
