Expertise Provided: Primary Roadway Operations and Maintenance

Scope: LBS holds a performance-based asset maintenance contract of state road facilities in Flagler, Lake, Marion and Volusia counties.  The asset inventory consists of 215 centerline miles w/600 plus lane miles of asphaltic concrete roadway, 42 bridges and 4 cantilever sign structures, and 4,800 acres of turf/grass. Our scope includes roadway repairs, drainage, lighting services, bridge maintenance and repair, sign maintenance and traffic services.  LBS also has oversight responsibility for 6 municipal maintenance agreements.
