Chris Houghton, PMP

As Senior Vice President of Operations for Asset Maintenance, Chris is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development and project delivery within the Infrastructure Asset Maintenance business segment. Chris has been with LBS for over fifteen years since joining the company in 2005, supporting infrastructure projects including transportation engineering and construction in Afghanistan, and global military base operations and maintenance. He is currently the Senior Vice President focusing on highway, structures and tolling asset maintenance for public and private infrastructure owners.

Chris is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech. While maintaining a focus on safe and efficient project execution, Chris is passionate about providing productive work environments and opportunities for employees, delivering high quality services for our customers, and driving company growth and financial success.
