John Pryor

John is the Human Resources Leader for LBS. A seasoned Human Resources professional with 30+ years of experience, John possesses a broad-based international background in talent management and development, total rewards, talent acquisition and organizational design supporting C-Suite leadership. Industry experience spans media, financial services, software development, retail and architecture/construction/engineering.

In his role as Director of Human Resources, which he has held since 2019, John leads a team of professionals responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, total rewards and labor relations.

John presently holds a BA in Liberal Arts and is pursuing his MA in Human Resources Management at St Joseph’s University.
